My duties at Fendi Americas Store Planning included supervising Fendi shoe store renovation and lightbox construction in Bloomingdale’s 59 (design and budget approval, international delivery logistics, and installation); administering store opening and close-off logistics, and furniture renovation processes; preparing kick-off presentation packages, working with management, external architects, and Fendi HQ for project updates; managing the Retail Master Data project, a database for all North America Fendi stores that includes creating updated construction plans and tracking SKU data.
